Did you just drop your drill and dent the tip of your drill at the collet chuck (part where you insert a drill bit)? Is it now vibrating or "bumpy" at the end of drill bit when you are trying to file something? That is because the collet chuck is damaged or bent which no longer holds the bit straight resulting in vibrations.
 
This collet chuck will fit almost all of KUPA & MEDICOOL drills. It will also fit many other brands and model of drills not listed. Please make sure for yourself that this part fits your drill.
